One of the things that made Walking Dead so interesting was that it sort of took the approach of this is what happens AFTER the zombie movie.  Fear the Walking Dead then becomes just another zombie movie.  Every plot beat that requires a character to stumble around and think OMG, what’s going on? is cheapened by the fact the viewers have five years worth of knowing what’s going on.  Pile on the bland, Lifetime drama approach to the main characters and, really, there’s not a lot going on here that I can get behind.

I’m gonna stick with it for a few more episodes, in hopes that they’ll somehow turn everything on its ear … but I’m not hopeful.

Superheroes in Prose #12: Days of Future Past on sale this weekend

Sevan Paris

Just wanted to touch base and let everyone know that sales for Superheroes in Prose #11: The Princess of Atlantis were good.  But I haven’t made an announcement about the series’ release schedule yet because Amazon recently changed their royalty policies for kindle unlimited.

To make a long story short, I don’t know how it’s going to affect me yet because how much they’re going to pay authors is determined by the total number of pages read for every book in the program that particular month.  I will know around August 15th, so look for an announcement then.

But just to clarify, the series isn’t being cancelled.  It will still come out, regardless of the new policy.  I just need to know how much money it will make before I commit to more than the current yearly average.

Again, thanks for the support.  You guys are awesome.
